Hillary Clinton said Monday the FBI has not yet contacted her to set up an interview as it investigates her email scandal.
During a wide-ranging interview with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell, Clinton was asked whether the bureau has reached out to her or any of her representatives about the matter.
“No. No. No,” Clinton said.
Mitchell followed up by asking, “Any indication your private server was hacked by foreign hackers?”
“No,” Clinton replied. “Not at all.”
The exchange starts at the 15:15 mark in the above video.
The FBI has been investigating Clinton’s use of a private email address and server during her time as Secretary of State since last year. During a visit to the FBI’s Buffalo, N.Y. field office in April, FBI director James Comey said of the probe, “The urgency is to do it well and promptly. And ‘well’ comes first.”
