Power outages are still impacting the area around downtown Bel Air. Many businesses also remain closed, according to police.

Hazards were contained, according to the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company.

“If you have plans at a local establishment, please confirm they are open before heading out,” the Bel Air Police Department said.
