Dispute between neighbors leads to arrest and hospitalization, Baltimore police say

A dispute between neighbors led to one woman being arrested and another being hospitalized on Thursday night, Baltimore police said.

On Jan. 8 just before 8 p.m., officers responded to the 600 E. 29th Street in the Better Waverly neighborhood for a reported cutting.

There, a 33-year-old woman told officers she suffered an injury to her head after a verbal dispute with a neighbor.

The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The neighbor, identified as a 40-year-old woman, was arrested. Police said charges are currently pending.
