BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Just days ago, the front glass door leading into Taqueria El Sabor del Parque near Patterson Park in southeast Baltimore was left shattered.
The crime had reportedly been committed by juveniles who were asked to leave the neighborhood carry-out and restaurant after attempting to steal, according to an online report.

According to a post on a neighborhood Facebook page, the crime was “part of a burglary pattern targeting commercial properties along the Eastern Avenue corridor” involving “juveniles breaking into businesses.”
FOX45 News reached out to Baltimore Police and asked about the crime, if any additional businesses were affected, and any arrests.
According to the latest online statistics posted by the Department, robberies remain the same, yet burglaries are up 150% in the southeastern district so far this year compared to this time last year.
But the robbery and burglaries have not been limited to the district nor juveniles.
Investigators recently released an image of a suspect who they say is wanted for a string of about eight burglaries from hotel rooms in the downtown Baltimore area.
According to the Baltimore Police Department, in early December rooms were burglaries from rooms of a hotel on South Eutaw Street, near Camden Yards.
Then, days before Christmas, the same suspect is believed to have struck at another hotel, on East Pratt Street.
In all incidents, investigators said there were not signs of forced entry, and items stolen included electronic devices, credit cards and clothing.
A reward is now on the table for information that will lead investigators to the suspect in that case.
According to the latest online statistics posted by the Department, citywide robberies are down and burglaries slightly up compared to this time last year.
