According to BPD, Foxtrot (the departmental helicopter) was near Mondawmin Mall around 10 p.m. on January 16 when it spotted a car reported stolen roughly three weeks prior.
The air-pursuit crossed into Baltimore County, where investigators said the stolen car became disabled and the three people inside of it were arrested on Old Court Road in Pikesville.
The 19-year-old passenger faces multiple charges, including motor vehicle theft, according to the Department.
It’s unclear what, if any, charges the juveniles are facing.
In court documents for the 19-year-old, investigators wrote, “The parents of the two juveniles were contacted and advised of the incident. Both juveniles were transported in marked patrol vehicles to juvenile booking for processing.”
According to BPD, the 15-year-old front passenger has five prior arrests, including four for auto theft, assault, robbery, and an alcohol violation.
