Baltimore police arrest suspect in October 2025 Pigtown murder case

Baltimore police have arrested a 23-year-old in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred in Pigtown in October 2025.

Police say Darrien Robinson Jr. was taken into custody by the Warrant Task Force on Feb. 10, 2026, at approximately 6:45 a.m. in the 3000 block of Greenmount Ave.

He faces charges of first and second-degree murder for the death of Darrius Hines, who was found on Oct. 15 with multiple gunshot wounds in the 500 block of Callender St.

Hines was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say that Robinson was transported to the Homicide Section for debriefing before being taken to Central Booking.
