COLUMBIA, Md. (WBFF) — A 16-year-old boy was arrested Wednesday morning for an alleged theft near Columbia Crossing in Howard County.
At 10:15 a.m. on Feb. 18, police said an unidentified teenage boy, from Elkridge, stole a purse on the 6100 block of Dobbin Road in Columbia.
