Influencer gets community noted on X following California fraud investigation

WASHINGTON (TNND) — YouTuber Nick Shirley got a post community noted after he posted a video of himself talking about voter fraud in the state of California.

“Here at this UPS store in California over 30 people are registered to vote,” he wrote on X.

“It is illegal to list a PO Box as your domicile address (which appears on the voter roll). You can receive a ballot at a PO Box, but it cannot be the domicile address—which over 30 of them are, errors and suspected fraudulent activity is everywhere in California voter rolls.”

He said that there is likely a ton of fraud in the Golden State.

“Even with obvious evidence California seems to not care about their voter rolls meanwhile you do not even need an ID to vote how much fraud do you suspect in California?” Shirley’s post concluded.

However, according to the community notes on X, the UPS Nick is standing in front of is part of an apartment complex in San Diego.

“This UPS store is part of the Kensington Commons a mixed-use development,” the community note reads.

“The 30 registered voters are registered to homes that are also part of the complex.”

At the end of 2025, Shirley became well-known after he posted a video of himself going to Minnesota and filming himself at multiple daycares that appeared vacant.

He alleged that millions of taxpayer dollars were funding these daycare centers, meaning that fraud was being funded.
