Two families displaced following rowhome fire in southwest Baltimore

Two families are displaced following a rowhome fire in southwest Baltimore Friday evening.

Shortly before 6 p.m. on Feb. 27, crews with the Baltimore City Fire Department were called to 4017 Edmondson Ave. in the Allendale neighborhood for a reported dwelling fire.

When they arrived, crews saw heavy smoke coming from the home’s second floor, fire officials said.

Now, the fire has been controlled.

There have been no reported injuries, according to officials.

Two homes were impacted and two families have been displaced.
