(WBFF) — The Attorney General’s Independent Investigations Division (IID) released the body-worn camera footage from a police-involved use of force incident in Woodlawn that left a man dead.
Samuel Brown, 56, of Owings Mills, died in the incident. The officer was identified as Derek Hadel, a nine-year veteran assigned to Baltimore County Police’s Operations Bureau.

The incident took place around 3:30 a.m. on February 16. Brown died on February 27 as a result of his injuries.
