Teen arrested after shooting man in face with paintball gun

A teen was arrested in Annapolis over the weekend after he allegedly shot a man in the face with a paintball gun, the Anne Arundel County Police Department announced Monday.

On March 21, around 5:10 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of Admiral Drive for a report of people shooting paintball guns in the area.

Once there, police spoke with an adult man who said he was shot in the face with a paintball gun.

Responding officers found a 14-year-old boy in the area of Admiral Drive and Jennifer Road holding a paintball gun and “acting in a disorderly manner.”

He was positively identified by the victim and taken into custody.
