Baltimore police investigate early morning shooting in Federal Hill

Baltimore police are investigating a shooting in Federal Hill.

Officers blocked off the intersection of West Cross Street and South Charles Street to protect evidence of gunfire.

Additionally, officers prevented anyone from entering West Cross Street from Light Street.

Dirt bikes riders could be seen exhibiting tricks in the glow of the patrol cars parked near the crime scene.
