WCBM 680am NEWS TALK RADIO ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN MORNING DRIVE
Effective today, veteran broadcaster Bruce Elliott will step away from the WCBM microphone as part of
The Morning Drive with Casey & Elliott. Bruce joined the program in 2019 after former co-host Frank
Luber left the show(Sean & Frank). Bruce joined WCBM as part-time guest host in 2015 and became full
time in 2016 when Baltimore radio personality Tom Marr passed away suddenly.
The show will be rebranded as “Casey & Company” and will be hosted by WCBM Program Director Sean
Casey, now in his 33rd year of hosting the morning drive slot making it the longest running morning show
in Baltimore radio.
Casey will continue to deliver insightful news analysis and informed opinion on the most important
current events and issues of the day with a heavy emphasis on Baltimore and Maryland. Sean brings 48
years of experience in a variety of formats but has spent the last 38 years in the news-talk format. He
will be joined by veteran newscaster Maggie Hunter, the “king of all traffic” Chuck Whitaker, Baltimore
sportscaster Gary Stein and Executive Producer, Kristen Haegerich .
Casey & Company airs Monday through Friday from six to nine am on am680, 99.9FM in Harford County,
