Officer injured after suspect crashes into police vehicle

(WBFF) — A Baltimore Police officer was injured after a suspect crashed their vehicle into a BPD car, police said.

The incident took place in north Baltimore near the intersection of Falls Road and Cold Spring Lane, though police did not provide an exact location.

After the crash, the suspect attempted to flee on foot, but was quickly apprehended after a foot pursuit by additional officers.

The injured officer was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
