President Donald Trump said Tuesday that mega donor Miriam Adelson offered him “another” $250 million to run for another term.

While speaking at the White House Hanukkah reception, Adelson said she spoke with Alan Dershowitz who spoke about “four more years.”

In a video going viral on X, Adelson is seen saying, “I said, ‘Alan, I agree with you.’ So, we can do it! Think about it!”

This led the crowd to chant “four more years.”

Adelson then spoke into Trump’s ear before the president said, “She said, ‘Think about it. I’ll give you another $250 million.’”

Adelson said she would give.

Miriam Adelson and her late husband Sheldon Adelson were major donors to Trump’s 2016 and 2020 campaigns.

Earlier this year, Trump did not rule out running for a third term but said that a 2028 presidential ticket with Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Vice President J.D. Vance would be unstoppable.

Former Trump strategist Steve Bannon said during an interview with The Economist that Trump would run for a third term.

“He’s going to get a third term,” Bannon said during an interview with The Economist in October. “So Trump ’28, Trump is going to be president in ’28, and people just ought to get accommodated with that.”
