BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Baltimore City Department of Transportation (BCDOT) announced several road closures and traffic modifications for this weekend.
These road closures are scheduled to take place from December 19 through Sunday, December 21, 2025.
For the Concord Community Parade and Festival, which will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Road closures will be implemented Saturday morning, starting at 8:30 a.m., with the following parking restrictions and detours in effect:
- Liberty Heights Ave from N. Rogers Ave to Garrison Blvd.
- Gwynn Oak Ave from Woodbine Ave to Haddon Ave.
- Hillsdale Rd from Maine Ave to Haddon Ave.
- Woodbine Ave from Liberty Heights Ave to Haddon Ave.
- Marmon Ave from Peerless Ave to Liberty Heights Ave.
- Chandler Ave from Marmon Ave to 5314 Liberty Heights Ave (in rear)
The BCDOT said the parade will start in the rear parking lot of Forest Park High School on Belle Ave.
Participants will then go south on Eldorado Ave towards Liberty Heights Ave, turn right onto Liberty Heights Ave, and turn right onto Marmon Ave to finish between Liberty Heights Ave and Peerless Ave.
Participants who are driving will continue on Liberty Heights, right onto Rogers, and finish on Rogers Ave.

For the Futurethink Hub Annual Grocery & Toy Drive set to take place on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the following road closures will be implemented at 6:00 a.m. with detours and parking restrictions:
- E. Lexington St. closure between Guilford Ave and N. Gay St.
- Holliday St. closure between E. Lexington St. and E. Saratoga St.
- E. Saratoga St. closure between N. Gay St. and Holliday St.
An event at the CFG Bank Arena on Saturday evening will cause lane closures from 8:00 p.m. Saturday to 1:00 a.m. Sunday, these closures include:
- Howard St left lane closure from Camden to Pratt St
- Lombard St right lane closure from Hopkins Place to Howard St
- Baltimore St left lane closure from Howard St to Park Avenue
- Pratt St left lane closure from Eutaw to Howard St
For various weekend activities, the following lane closures will be in effect:
- Hilton Parkway right lane closures northbound and southbound between North Ave. and Hilton St. from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (cleaning)
- Hanover St. Bridge lane closures northbound and southbound between Cromwell St and Waterview Ave from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (signal repair)
- S. Central Ave. reduced to one lane between Fleet St. and Aliceanna St. from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- E. Fayette St. reduced to one lane between N. High St. and Colvin St. from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (crane operation)
- Mosher St. flagging operation between N. Warwick Ave and Wheeler Ave from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (crane operation)
For the Baltimore Farmers Market, street and lane closures will be in effect from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This includes:
- Holliday St. closure from E. Pleasant St. to E. Saratoga St.
- Pleasant St. closure at Holliday St.
- Hillen St. center lane closures between Front St. and Fallsway Road
Road and lane closures for Sunday’s Ravens game at the M&T Bank Stadium will start at around 5:00 p.m. These closures include:
- The northbound Russell Street Service Drive alongside M&T Bank Stadium will be closed between West and Hamburg Streets prior to and during the game.
- The Hamburg Street Bridge will be temporarily closed between Leaden Hall and Paca Streets for game ingress. Once the game begins, the closures will be removed until the start of the fourth quarter for egress.
- The Ostend Street Bridge will be temporarily closed between Sharp and Warner Streets for game ingress. Once the game begins, the closures will be removed until the start of the fourth quarter for egress.
- A special traffic pattern will be temporarily installed along Warner Street between the Ostend Street Bridge and Stockholm Street for ingress and railroad crossings.
- Special traffic patterns will be installed along Warner Street, Alluvion Street, Worcester Street, and Bayard Street for egress at the start of the fourth quarter.
- Hamburg Street closure between Hanover and Charles Streets for egress at the start of the fourth quarter.
- No southbound travel will be permitted along Hanover Street between Henrietta and Hamburg Streets at the start of the fourth quarter. All traffic will be diverted onto Henrietta Street for east or westbound travel.
BCDOT notes that special traffic patterns will be implemented along Warner Street due to construction and gameday traffic, including a one-way ingress (northbound) and egress (southbound) lane on Warner Street, along with a pedestrian walkway.
