All WCBM-AM radio contests are open to any listener 21 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified by the station. Listeners can only win one contest in any 30-day period, and only one winner or qualifier per family or household will be allowed. WCBM’s decisions regarding the contests are considered final, and all winners will be notified by phone. Winners must present identification and sign a release before receiving their prize. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning, or they will be forfeited, at which point WCBM may give away the unclaimed prize. WCBM may substitute another prize of equal value if the originally announced prize is unavailable. Employees of WCBM, Mangione Family Enterprises, its advertising agencies, sponsors, and their families are ineligible to enter or win. Prizes may be mailed at WCBM’s discretion, but the station is not responsible for issues with postal delivery. WCBM reserves the right to modify the contest rules at any time. All contest entries become the property of WCBM, and winners are responsible for any taxes incurred on their prizes. The contests are open to U.S. residents only, and any ties will be broken by a random drawing conducted by WCBM. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
