
PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A man and two teenage boys are facing murder charges in connection with a Greenbelt, Maryland, shooting that left a man dead in September 2025.
According to the Greenbelt Police Department, Halberth Heneddy Deras Ramos, 21, Laurel, was arrested on April 3 and faces charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and use of a firearm in the commission of a violent felony in the shooting death of Mancel Johnson.

The fatal shooting happened on Sept. 12, 2025, in the 6100 block of Springhill Terrace.
Police said Johnson was shot multiple times and later died in the hospital on Oct. 5, 2025, as a result of his injuries.
Two boys, 15 and 16, are also facing the same charges as Deras Ramos.
