$500,000 scratch-off win in Hagerstown tops Maryland Lottery’s week of big prizes

The Maryland Lottery and Gaming said its largest prize of the past week was a $500,000 scratch-off ticket sold in Hagerstown.

The agency said it paid more than $30.1 million in prizes from April 20-26, including 31 tickets worth $10,000 or more.

The next-largest prize reported was a $168,860 FAST PLAY High Roller Blackjack progressive jackpot ticket sold April 22 at Georgia Fuel and Treats, in Silver Spring. The Lottery said that the ticket was unclaimed as of April 27.

Scratch-off tickets also produced three $100,000 prizes during the week:

  • $100,000 Cash sold at Shell, 649 Lake View Drive in Mount Airy
  • 50X The Cash sold at Wawa, 7501 Pulaski Highway in Baltimore
  • 50X The Cash sold at Giant, 3297 Crain Highway in Waldorf

Three $50,000 scratch-off prizes were also reported:

  • Ace of Spades sold at Wawa, 163 South East Crain Highway in Upper Marlboro
  • All About Cash sold at Cambridge Mart, 632 Race Street in Cambridge
  • Lucky 777 sold at Shell, 501 Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg

The Lottery also listed seven $10,000 scratch-off prizes claimed April 20-26:

  • $5,000,000 Fortune sold at Exxon, 6441 Coventry Way in Clinton
  • $5,000,000 Cash sold at Exxon, 5870 Ballenger Creek Pike in Frederick
  • $5,000,000 Fortune sold at 7-Eleven, 6800 Livingston Road in Oxon Hill
  • 50X the Cash sold at Royal Farms, 406 Bowleys Quarters Road in Baltimore
  • All About Cash sold at Watkins Mill Beer & Wine, 857 Russell Avenue in Gaithersburg
  • Diamonds & Gold sold at Crescent Convenience, 7475 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda
  • Rose Gold sold at Royals Farms, 3505 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore

For FAST PLAY and draw games for drawings held April 20-26, several additional large tickets sold that were unclaimed as of April 27, including:

  • A $50,000 Bonus Match 5 ticket sold April 23 at Market Lot Liquors, 54 West Church Street in Hagerstown
  • Two $50,000 Pick 5 tickets sold April 24 at Crescent Convenience, 7475 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda
  • Six $25,000 Pick 5 tickets sold at multiple locations: Shell, 7001 Liberty Road in Baltimore (April 24); The Spot, 1101 Saint Paul Street in Baltimore (April 21); McLellan Liquors, 6320 Sherwood Road in Baltimore (April 24); Plaza Liquors, 5722 Wabash Avenue in Baltimore (April 24); Giant, 601 East 33rd Street in Baltimore (April 25); and Charles Station, 3030 St. Charles Parkway in Waldorf (April 24)
