
BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) — A 37-year-old Aberdeen man has been charged with indecent exposure after police said he exposed himself to a woman at the Aberdeen Shopping Plaza.
Officers from the Aberdeen Police Department responded to the shopping plaza on Aug. 12, at about 10:18 a.m. for a reported indecent exposure.
Police said their investigation determined a man exposed himself to a female victim and committed a lewd act while she was seated in her vehicle.
The suspect fled before officers arrived.
Police later located the suspect, identified as Frederick Harris, 37, of Aberdeen, in the area of Beards Hill Road, identified him as the individual involved and took him into custody.
Police said Harris was subsequently released from custody due to a medical situation. An application for charges was filed and an arrest warrant was issued.
During the early morning hours of Aug. 13, an Aberdeen officer located Harris.
Police said officers arrested him on the active warrant, transported him to the Harford County Detention Center and charged him with indecent exposure.
