BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD (WBFF) — A Baltimore County firefighter is under investigation after being accused of inappropriate behavior on the job, fire department and union officials said.
“The Baltimore County Professional Fire Fighters IAFF Local 1311 is aware of reports of a fire department employee allegedly engaging in unacceptable behavior at work,” said union President Steven Redmer. “This alleged conduct would be a serious breach of trust and has no place in our department.”
Neither the union nor the fire department would confirm details of the allegations.
Baltimore County Fire spokesperson Travis Francis wrote in an email Tuesday that the department “is conducting an investigation into this matter.”
