BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD (WBFF) — Spring is about to get busy in Baltimore County — in the best way.
The Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks announced it is launching its spring season with more than 500 programs and events for residents of all ages, including a spring festival series. Activities will take place at more than 40 locations across the county.
“We invite families and residents of all ages to get outside, try something new, and enjoy everything our parks and recreation system has to offer this spring,” Baltimore County Executive Kathy Klausmeier said. “This season’s lineup reflects the variety and energy of our communities.”
Acting Recreation and Parks Director Bryan Sheppard said the offerings span a wide range of interests.
“The spring schedule includes recreation, nature, and arts programs designed for a wide range of interests and ages,” Sheppard said. “There’s something here for everyone, and we’re proud to offer opportunities that bring people together and help residents stay active and engaged.”
