Baltimore DOT announces downtown weekday road closures March 30 to April 1

Drivers heading into downtown Baltimore during the workweek should plan for a series of lane and road closures tied to Orioles home games and ongoing street work from Monday, March 30, through Friday, April 3, 2026.

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation said the closures are tentatively scheduled, weather permitting and with approximate times.

Road and lane closures for Baltimore Orioles home games at Oriole Park at Camden Yards are scheduled for Monday, March 30, starting at 3:30 p.m.; Tuesday, March 31, starting at 3:30 p.m.; and Wednesday, April 1, 2026, starting at 9:30 a.m.

Those closures include:

  • Hamburg Street from Leadenhall to Paca streets
  • Camden Street from Paca to Howard streets
  • The northbound service lane next to M&T Bank Stadium

Additional downtown lane closures scheduled for the week of March 30 through April 3, 2026, include:

  • Baltimore Street eastbound left lane closures at Eutaw Street daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Eutaw Street southbound right lane closures at Baltimore Street daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Guilford Avenue southbound left lane closure at Baltimore Street daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Guilford Avenue reduced to one travel lane full time between East Lexington and East Fayette streets
  • Charles Street right lane closure at Pleasant Street Monday, March 30, through Thursday, April 2, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily

As part of the Inner Harbor Intersection Improvement Project, DOT said Pratt Street will have nightly lane closures between Light and President streets from Sunday evening, March 29, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning through Thursday evening, April 2, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

More Inner Harbor Intersection Improvement Project impacts include:

  • President Street northbound right lane closure at Pratt Street Tuesday, March 31, from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Thursday, April 2, from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Pratt Street left lane closure at President Street Thursday, April 2, from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
