Baltimore police arrest teen, 19-year-old after stolen car chase ends in crash

A teen and a 19-year-old were arrested after a stolen vehicle investigation in Baltimore ended in a crash, police said.

According to police, on March 28, officers received a license plate reader alert for a stolen vehicle in the 2500 block of Loyola Southway.

Police said the vehicle fled, crashed, and the suspects tried to run but were apprehended.

A 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy were taken into custody.

Police say that officers later learned the juvenile had prior arrests for robbery and a handgun violation.
