Baltimore Police ask for help finding three people in relation to shooting

Baltimore Police put out a request for the public to help identify three people related to a nonfatal shooting.

The incident in question took place around 1:30 a.m. on November 23, 2025, in the 2800 block of Annapolis Road in south Baltimore.
