Baltimore police investigate death of 8-month-old girl in West Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore Police are conducting an investigation following the death of an 8-month-old girl in West Baltimore.

According to police, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 2100 block of Presbury Street after receiving reports of an unresponsive infant.

The child was taken to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Detectives and crime scene technicians were at the scene, though authorities have stated that the death is not currently considered suspicious.
