Baltimore police on scene of officer-involved shooting in Mount Vernon

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore police are on the scene of an officer-involved shooting in the Mount Vernon neighborhood on Wednesday night.

The shooting happened on Jan. 7 in the 300 block of W. Franklin Street in the central part of the city.
