Officers responded to the scene around 4:44 p.m. on October 26 for a reported animal bite.

There, they spoke with the dog’s owner, who said the animal was being aggressive and bit him.

The owner – a 33-year-old male – attempted to secure the animal in another room but could not do so. The dog began attacking the owner shortly after.

As the attack continued, the owner exited the residence. At that time, two officers fired their weapons.

The dog was fatally wounded, while the owner was hit in the leg.

The third and final BWC footage is from January 7, 2026, in the 300 block of W. Franklin Street.

The shooting happened around 9:18 p.m. right near the boundary between Baltimore’s Mount Vernon neighborhood and downtown area, according to authorities.

Police said an officer was conducting a traffic stop after identifying a vehicle displaying a suspended registration tag when he noticed that the driver of the vehicle had what appeared to be a handgun.

The driver told the officer that it was just a clip.

The officer fired at least one round at that point, which struck the driver. At that point, the officer fell to the ground as the vehicle fled.

Police said the driver left the site of the shooting and took himself to a local hospital.
