BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) spread holiday cheer at its “Shop with a Cop” event on Saturday.
The annual tradition pairs Baltimore children with officers for a festive shopping experience at a local Walmart.

More than 25 children received $100 to shop for gifts for themselves or loved ones, courtesy of the Elks Lodge of Glen Burnie.

The day began with breakfast at Forest Park Golf Course with children also receiving coats, hats, gloves and toys. Breakfast was followed by a motorcade to the Walmart in Hanover.
