BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS) is seeking short-term fosters to host dogs this weekend in anticipation of a potentially big snowstorm.
“Snow Day Doggie Sleepovers” aren’t a long-term commitment. Fosters are asked to just provide love, warmth and cuddles until at least Tuesday, pending weather conditions.

You can pick up a pup at BARCS, located at 2490 Giles Road, on Thursday, Jan. 22 or Friday, Jan. 23 anytime between 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
“While we have an amazing team prepared to stay at the shelter during the storm, our crew is small, so every dog that gets to snuggle up in a home makes a HUGE difference,” a BARCS Facebook post reads.
