BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Travelers flying out of Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport this weekend are being urged to arrive much earlier than usual as security lines stretch outside the terminal.
In a post shared on X Saturday morning, BWI Marshall Airport warned passengers: “If you are traveling today or tomorrow, please arrive to the airport 4 hours early.”

The airport said it is seeing unusually long waits at security checkpoints, adding, “We have not previously experienced checkpoint wait times similar to what we are seeing this morning.”
A Fox45 crew at the airport monitoring the situation reported that the lines have been out the door all morning long.
