Cecil County deputies seek driver after pickup nearly hits kids at bus stop

CECIL COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — Cecil County sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help identifying the driver of a Toyota pickup after the truck nearly struck children at a school bus stop.

The incident happened early Thursday, March 5, on Telegraph Road in front of Duval’s Bus Service, where a bus was clearly stopped as children were at the stop, according to police.

Anyone with information about who was operating the truck is asked to email Deputy Creed at cody.creed@cecilsheriffmd.gov.
