Detectives investigate man shot in Pigtown Thursday evening

Detectives are investigating after a man was shot in Baltimore’s Pigtown neighborhood on Thursday evening, said Baltimore Police.

On August 6, around 5:30 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Callender Street for a reported discharging of a firearm.

Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body.

The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
