According to investigators, Johnson violated his supervised release by failing to report to his agents and attend his required treatment.

A warrant was issued for his arrest in August 2025.

His whereabouts remain unknown, investigators said.

Back in 1993, Johnson was convicted of second-degree rape involving a minor. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison, with a judge suspending all but four years of the sentence.

According to investigators, Johnson ended up serving even less time, and was paroled for good behavior in June of 1996.

Several years later, Johnson once again found himself in trouble with the law.

According to investigators, in 1999 Johnson was arrested for armed robbery, and use of a handgun during a crime of violence. The crime was a violation of Johnson’s probation.

In 2000, investigators said Johnson was arrested and later found guilty of violating his probation. He was sentenced to the remaining 11 years of his original sentence.

In 2020, Johnson was granted mandatory release.

Years later, Johnson now stands accused of once again violating the terms of his supervised release.

In August 2025, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

His whereabouts remain unknown.

Investigators confirmed Johnson is a convicted sex offender, but is not required to register due to the original charge occurring before the national registry was created.

“Johnson has been convicted of violent crimes and has a history of not abiding by the terms of his release,” Al Maresca, senior inspector with the U.S. Marshals Service, said. “For these reasons we’re requesting the help of the public in locating Mr. Johnson, so we can take him into custody.”

According to investigators, Johnson also has an extensive history of CDS possession and distribution.

“It is believed Johnson is in the area of west Baltimore, specifically, Edmondson Avenue and Bentalou Street,” Maresca said.

Johnson stands at about 5’4” and weighs approximately 160 pounds.

Anyone with information concerning Johnson’s whereabouts is asked to contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 202-819-5058.
