
MARYLAND (WBFF) — A Florida man has been arrested in connection with a bomb threat, which caused evacuations at the BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport on Wednesday.
Officials confirmed the 58-year-old, whose identification was not provided, reportedly made comments to an airline employee suggesting there was an explosive device in his bag.
On Dec. 3, BWI Marshall Airport evacuated a portion of Concourse A due to the threat.

Law enforcement officials arrived on the scene to investigate the threat at around 6 p.m.
Fortunately, the investigation revealed no threat, and regular operations resumed shortly after at around 6:30 p.m.
