A waste collection vehicle collided with a building early Monday morning in downtown Towson, prompting emergency response from multiple agencies. The incident occurred in the 200 block of East Pennsylvania Avenue, a busy commercial area of Baltimore County.
Baltimore County Fire Department officials quickly responded to the scene. While the crash caused structural concerns, authorities reported that remarkably, no one was injured in the incident.
