(WBFF) — Baltimore County police are actively searching for a suspect involved in a shooting that happened early Sunday morning in a typically quiet Pikesville neighborhood. The incident, which neighbors say followed a party, has left residents unsettled.
“Certainly, it’s a bit upsetting to know that there’s been a shooting,” Herman Blinchikoff, a concerned neighbor, said.
