BEL AIR, Md. (WBFF) — The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a person allegedly involved in a theft at a Kohl’s.
The alleged crime happened at the end of January at the store located at 5K Bel Air S. Parkway in Bel Air, according to officials.

Now, deputies have released a photo of the alleged shoplifter along with a photo of a red car.
