BALTIMORE (WBFF) — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Baltimore announced that they have arrested an illegal alien from Jamaica that is charged with murder.
ICE Baltimore said they have arrested Frederick Muir, a criminal illegal alien from Jamaica that has been convicted of first degree murder.
Muir was turned over to ICE by the Jessup Correctional Facility via an immigration detainer.

He has a final order of removal from the country, and will remain in custody, ICE Baltimore said.
