
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A man escaped Baltimore police custody Tuesday morning at the Sex Offense Registry Office.
Around 8:40 a.m. on April 7, Allen Johnson was detained at the office, a police spokesperson confirmed to FOX45 News.

While in custody, Johnson removed his handcuffs and left the building, according to authorities.
An additional warrant was issued for Johnson’s arrest.
Johnson has a case from 2016 in a different jurisdiction, police said.
It’s currently unclear how Johnson was able to remove his handcuffs and what direction he fled.
