TOWSON (WBFF) — A man is facing charges after police found that he shot himself during an attempted robbery in Towson.
On April 17, officers responded to the 150 block of Cross Campus Drive for a report of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Upon arrival, authorities found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the lower body.
He was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
After an investigation, police determined that the man shot himself during an attempted robbery.

Authorities said they are continuing to investigate the incident, but the man is now facing charges.
