Man shot inside car that crashed into home in west Baltimore

(WBFF) — A man was shot while inside a car that crashed into a home in west Baltimore, police said.

Officers responded to the 2600 block of West Lafayette Avenue around 6:57 p.m. for a report of a car that crashed into a house.

There, they found a 27-year-old male inside the vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to a local hospital, but due to the severity of his injuries, homicide detectives were notified.
