CHARLES COUNTY, Md. (7News) — Arrest warrants were issued for the operators of the now-shut down Heaven Bound Crematorium in Charles County, Maryland.
Rosa Turner and Brandon Williams are facing eight charges related to the mishandling of the remains of eight babies. Investigators discovered the remains stored in the couple’s home last January.

In addition to the charges, multiple civil lawsuits have been filed against the couple.

The White Plains business was shut down in January 2025 after inspectors found a broken cremation chamber and bodies decomposing in cardboard boxes inside a cooler, which was so over filled the door couldn’t close.
