A man has been arrested and is facing charges following an incident at Westfield Wheaton Mall in Maryland, and police say investigators believe there may be more victims.

According to the Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD), officers from the 4th District Central Business District unit arrested Miguel Angel Torres-Manzanarez, 58, of Capitol Heights, on March 3.

Police said officers were inside the mall’s security command center around 12:50 p.m. when they noticed suspicious behavior on surveillance cameras near the restroom area that appeared to involve two men arguing.

Officers responded to the area and came across Torres-Manzanarez with a 16-year-old boy.

Investigators said the teen told officers that Torres-Manzanarez allegedly asked if he could perform a sexual act on him.

Torres-Manzanarez was taken into custody and faces a charge of sexual solicitation of a minor.
