
FAIRFAX, Va. (7News) — A Maryland man was accused of waving a gun around a Virginia mall on Saturday.
The Springfield Town Center businesses were put on a shelter-in-place after Dandre Mersier, 23, of Maryland, waved a gun after an argument around 7:04 p.m. in the 6600 block of Springfield Mall in Springfield, according to the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD).
No shots were fired, according to police.

Mersier turned himself in to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on Monday, where he is being held without bond, according to FCPD.
