Centreville residents are on edge after several reports of a man burglarizing homes while fully naked.

Fairfax County police are currently searching for the man believed to be responsible for at least four burglaries in the same neighborhood.

On March 5, the nude man entered a bedroom inside a home along Bodley Square around 5:15 a.m. when the resident was getting ready for work. There was a confrontation, and the naked man ran off.

Then on March 6, a resident found a footprint on a trash can which had been moved against a fence at their home on Leicester Court. The resident believes it had been used to climb into their backyard. Police said evidence indicated there was an attempted burglary.
