BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A quiet Saturday night near the intersection of Federal Hill and the Riverside community was disrupted by gunfire that appeared to be aimed at a car, leaving one man injured and neighbors shaken.
Video from the scene shows a white car, followed seconds later by the muzzle flash of what appears to be two guns as a bystander barely gets out of the way. After the shooting stops, two people can be seen running away.

Police said one of the men inside the vehicle, a 20-year-old, was grazed by a bullet. Evidence markers at the scene indicated multiple shots were fired.
Residents in the area said the shooter or shooters were targeting the car. On Sunday, some neighbors were seen repairing bullet holes while others reacted to what happened.
Tara, who said she is new to the neighborhood, described the incident as frightening.
“I was definitely scared like I could have been walking to my apartment at that time,” she said.
Tara said it was not the first time shots rang out close to her home. On Thursday, as the Orioles were celebrating their season opener win, Baltimore police responded to another discharging a few blocks away. In radio traffic, a dispatcher said, “We’re getting a third discharging coming out at 2 East Wells St.”
No arrests have been made in Saturday’s shooting, something Tara said worries her.
“I mean if they’re [suspects] still walking around here and this was targeted, it obviously makes me worry that it could happen again,” she said.
I would love for them to be caught and put away. I don’t love that happening out here.”
She said she returned home shortly after the shooting.
“I came home 20 minutes later, so I’m just glad that I wasn’t here when it was happening,” Tara said.
