When officers arrived to the incident, security identified the individuals involved in the altercation, separated those involved, identified Reed, and escorted Reed of the stadium.

Officers learned that Reed had allegedly urinated on concert attendees.

Officers provided Reed’s identification and a report number to the victims.

Following the incident, detectives conducted an investigation in consultation with the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office and identified witnesses who were not present during the initial on-scene investigation.

MDTA Police detectives then obtained an arrest warrant for Reed.

Reed is currently being held in North Carolina while waiting to be brought back to Maryland.
