MARYLAND (WBFF) — The National Weather Service (NWS) confirmed that a tornado touched down in Carroll County during storms on Monday, March 16.
The EF-0 tornado traveled 1.68 miles at 12:02 p.m. in New Windsor, according to the NWS survey.
It had a maximum width of 150 yards and peak winds of 80 mph.
