A crash involving an Anne Arundel County police officer on Route 2 in Harwood sent an officer to the hospital with minor injuries just before 7:30 a.m., police said.
Police confirmed the crash happened on Solomons Island Road when a truck carrying a Bobcat struck the officer’s vehicle.
The officer was transported to a local hospital for treatment to their injuries.
